1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jet233", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the jet233 online betting platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. jet233 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, all bets will be voided, and any account balance will be forfeited.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of registration and each time you access the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Indonesia.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities, either voluntarily or by court order.
• You must not be prohibited from using online gambling services under any applicable law, regulation, or judicial ruling.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. jet233 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a verification request may result in account suspension and withdrawal of funds being withheld pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use jet233's services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card / KTP)
• Date of birth (to verify 21+ age eligibility)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Residential address in Indonesia
• A secure password meeting jet233's minimum security standards

You may register only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (sometimes called "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and voiding of all bets.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jet233 account credentials (username and password). You must:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party.
• Notify jet233 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out from your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

jet233 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and ensure platform security, jet233 requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. You will be asked to upload:

• A clear photograph or scan of your KTP (Indonesian national identity card), showing your full name, date of birth, and photo.
• Proof of address (if requested), such as a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and Indonesian residential address.

Verification is typically completed within 2-6 hours during WIB business hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may be subject to restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jet233 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

Important: You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds originating from another person's account) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded, minus any processing fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• You must have met all applicable wagering requirements for any active bonuses. Withdrawing funds before completing bonus wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000. Maximum per transaction: Rp 100,000,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit. If you wish to withdraw to a different account, you must first contact customer support and complete an additional security verification.

jet233 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction fees, which are beyond jet233's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jet233 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (e.g., Indonesian Independence Day, Idul Fitri, Nyepi). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to verified jet233 accounts that meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering (turnover) requirement, typically ranging from 5x to 20x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 10x wagering requires you to place Rp 1,000,000 in total bets before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while sports bets contribute 50-100% depending on the odds (e.g., bets with odds below 1.50 may contribute less or not at all).
• Expiry: Bonuses typically expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated. Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited after expiry.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, exploiting system errors, or employing "low-risk wagering" strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited and will result in confiscation of the bonus, voiding of related bets, and possible account termination.

Each promotion has specific terms and conditions published on the promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

6. Betting Rules & Fair Play

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on jet233 are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is considered accepted only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your account's betting history.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, amended, or withdrawn except in cases where jet233, at its sole discretion, determines that an obvious error occurred (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction).
• Minimum bet: Rp 5,000 per bet. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, game, and market type. VIP players may have higher limits.
• For sports betting, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours.
• For live casino games, the dealer's decision and the video feed are final. In the rare event of a discrepancy between game result and video, the video feed will be treated as authoritative.
• For togel (lottery) games, official draw results published by the designated lottery authority are final.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

9. Limitations of Liability

• jet233's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• jet233 is not responsible for technical failures, internet outages, payment processing delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Force Majeure: jet233 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, internet infrastructure failures, or pandemics.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jet233 is licensed. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting jet233's customer support team.
• Arbitration: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which jet233 is licensed. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

11. Account Closure & Termination

You may close your jet233 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Any remaining account balance (after deducting applicable fees or unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered bank account or e-wallet.
• You will forfeit any active bonuses and promotional credits.
• Your personal data will be retained for the minimum period required by law for anti-money-laundering and record-keeping purposes.

jet233 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You provide false information during registration or KYC verification.

In the event of termination for cause, jet233 may forfeit your account balance and void all open bets.

12. Amendments to Terms
